- When placing an order over the internet, is the order secure? VP Technologies uses the latest 128-bit SSL encryption for order processing.

- Do you offer discounts? Federal, State, Local and Education Institutions do receive discounts on many of our products.  These organizations need to contact us directly via telephone or email in order for further details on obtaining the discounts. - How and when are my orders shipped? Orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS, depending on your shipment choice. In most cases, orders placed before 17:00 EST Monday thru Friday are shipped out the same day.

- Are my orders insured? All orders are insured as part of our shipping program with either FedEx or UPS.

- How do I obtain support on product that was purchased? You can contact us directly at 215.517.7639. In most cases we can answer your general questions. If we are unable to, we will provide you the telephone number, or email, for the particular manufacture technical support.

- What information do you need when requesting a return?We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
· Customer name
· Invoice number
· Item serial number(s)
· Nature of the problem

- What is your return policy? VP TECHNOLOGIES offers a 15-day return policy on selected items based on manufacturer return policies. For further information not listed, please contact your VP TECHNOLOGIES account manager. Please call 215.517.7639 or e-mail our Returns Department at returns@vptechnologies.net, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and nature of the problem. All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items; VP TECHNOLOGIES will match your shipping method on your replacement or exchange item(s). VP TECHNOLOGIES strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. If merchandise arrives damaged: it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for VP TECHNOLOGIES to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify VP TECHNOLOGIES  immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify VP TECHNOLOGIES of damaged goods within the first 15 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions. Call 800.383.4239 or your VP TECHNOLOGIES account manager to arrange for carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to VP TECHNOLOGIES within 30 days from the invoice date, at VP TECHNOLOGIES' discretion for: credit, replacement, exchange or repair. Manufacturer restrictions do apply and are outlined in our detailed policy. Any item that is missing the UPC can ONLY be replaced with the same item. After 30 days, all manufacturers' warranties apply. NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted directly by VP TECHNOLOGIES within 15 days from the invoice date, at VP TECHNOLOGIES' discretion for: credit, exchange. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee. Due to manufacturers' policies, VP TECHNOLOGIES cannot accept returns of the following items for exchange, replacement or credit FOR ANY REASON: (3DLabs, PNY, Nvidia, Matrox) However, we will be more than happy to provide you with all information needed to arrange for product replacement with the manufacture. DEFECTIVE merchandise can be returned for REPAIR ONLY to: VP TECHNOLOGIES, the manufacturer direct or any authorized service center in your area. Additional manufacturers may be added to this list as: manufacturer policies change, manufacturer goes out of business or in the case of specially ordered items. 

 - If I requested a refund, how long does it take to get my money back and do I get it all back? Credits on our side are issued when the manufacture accepts your return. Remember that all packaging, everything that came with the product and etc. must be adhered to, or the claim will be rejected. In all cases, bearing any unforeseen problems, refunds take up to 30 days after receipt of returned product. You will receive a full refund minus any shipping costs.
